The reservation must be finalised, meaning that the complete application file must be approved by Twenty Campus, no later than 30 June 2026, for a lease start date no later than 1 September 2026. The benefit consists of a €200 reduction applied to the first rent payment. This amount is non-transferable and non-refundable, including in the event of early termination of the lease. Offer not valid for parking spaces and cannot be combined with any other current offer or commercial benefit. Offer subject to approval of the application file and effective signature of the lease.
