PREPARING FOR DEPARTURE

How do I get my accommodation ready?

. Before the final inventory and inspection, carefully clean your accommodation: wash the floors, wash walls that can be, pay special attention to dust and lime scale. Repair minor damage such as holes in the walls.

If you have made any alterations, try to remove any trace unless a different agreement was made with the landlord.

Your objective is to leave your accommodation in the same condition as when you moved in and did the initial inventory and inspection.

What happens if there is damage to the accommodation?

. Any damage will be noted during the final inventory and inspection and the subsequent cost will be deducted from your security deposit.

The fees and tariffs applied are in the list annexed to your lease.
