What are the conditions of admission to a residence?

Most of the tenants in our residences are students (except short stays), but we also rent to young employees and interns. Book on our website and add the required information and documents.

Bookings are processed in order of arrival.

Our teams check the students’ and guarantors’ applications and creditworthiness.

How quickly will I receive a response to my request for accommodation?

Response time depends on the period and is longer when demand is high.

We do our best to respond to all requests as soon as possible.

I’m not a student. Can I book TC accommodation?

 Young people with a job are accepted in our TC Residences. Book on our site.

Student applicants have priority when demand is high.
